Hey Mindy! Most of the bowling alley shoes are incredibly worn it. The shoes we have on our site are brand new and have not been worn in yet. I would get the size you normally wear but, if you are not 100% sure on what size to purchase, I suggest purchasing the TrueFit Guarantee with your shoes.

Hello! You can always return these if you did not purchase the True Fit Guarantee. The True Fit Guarantee is a one time fee of $5.99 and it will cover the cost of shipping the shoes back to us if you need to exchange them. If you do not purchase the True Fit Guarantee at the time of your shoe purchase, and you need to exchange the shoes for a different size, the customer is responsible for shipping them back and as well as the reship fee. The True Fit Guarantee will cover return shipping and the reship fee.
