This ball does not have any features to make it right or left handed specifically so it works for either hand.

Unfortunately we do not have any videos here. The handle is spring loaded so when you throw the ball the handle springs back into the ball so it does not catch on the lanes. You may can search on Youtube for "retractable handle bowling ball" to see if there may be some user videos showing it in use.

Hi Steve! You may check with your league to make sure there is not anything that would prevent this from being used in your league, but it will have a USBC serial number.
