Balls with Same Hook Potential, Lane Conditions and Coverstock as the Roto Grip MVP Attitude:

Roto Grip MVP Attitude

This Roto Grip MVP bowling ball has some attitude. The Roto Grip MVP Attitude Hybrid Reactive bowling ball uses the Neutron NXT core and the VTC-H20 Hybrid Reactive coverstock. With a higher RG and medium differential, the Neutron NXT core offers ample length as well as down lane motion for any bowling style. The coverstock formula creates more midlane traction without losing it's response to friction at the back of the lane. This ball is ideal for medium oil and was designed to clear the front of the lane while not skidding as much as it's pearl predecessor but still reacts well to friction.

Question:

how does this compare to the electrify pearl

7/27/2020 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

This is very similar in strength to the Electrify series but there is one key difference. The MVP Attitude comes with a dull finish out of the box so this ball will read more in the midlane. The Electrify Pearl is polished to go later and have more hook on the backend.

Question:

How does this ball compare to the Storm Hyroad

7/28/2020 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

The MVP Attitude will have an earlier reaction and read more in the midlane while the Hy-Road has a little more length. Also, the Hy-Road is rated to be a little stronger and handle medium to heavy oil even with a smoother finish.

How does this ball compare to the Storm All Road

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

This would actually be a very close comparison and the All Road may have just a slightly later reaction because it has a slightly smoother cover but they have a very similar reaction and hook potential.

Question:

How is this compared to the IQ tour nano pearl?

9/8/2020 - By

The IQ Tour Nano Pearl is considered an upper mid performance while the MVP Attitude is mid performance so the IQ Tour Nano Pearl will have a stronger hook potential which also makes the IQ Tour Nano Pearl work in medium to heavy oil while the MVP Attitude is rated for medium.

Question:

How does this compare to the Storm All-Road?

10/8/2020 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

They will be very comparable in performance actually. The duller 3000 grit finish on the MVP Attitude helps this ball read a little earlier and handle medium oil a little stronger versus the 4000 grit on the All-Road which gives it a little more length and that helps the All-Road work down into lighter oil a little better.
