Roto Grip Wreck-Em

The Roto Grip Wreck-Em bowling ball continues the success of the popular Wrecker bowling ball. The Neutron core in this ball is the motor that provides length and strong down-lane reaction. You won't find a better mid-performance core on the market. The cover on this ball is the Pumped Pearl Reactive coverstock that is finished with a 1500-grit factory polish. This ball provides more length and more reserved power at the breakpoint on medium to medium/light oil conditions and all at a reasonable price. Go ahead and Wreck-Em!

I wanted a ball for light to medium oil lane condition but didn't want to spend high end money. What I got far surpassed expectations. I'm a right handed stroker with a slower than average ball speed between 11 to 13 mph with the 10 board as my target. This ball rolls smoothly, turns over on its backend with surprising energy plowing through the pins. This ball is very forgiving, even when missing my target by one board to the left.

Great Ball

This is a fantastic ball. It hits and performs like many of the high end benchmark balls. I roll this ball over the second arrow and it goes right into the pocket time and time again. I use this ball every single time I hit the lanes , and use it along side my Code Black & Jackal LE because it's strong and predictable just as they are. You get a lot of ball and a lot of great pin action for a extremely reasonable price.

Great ball so far !

Had this ball drilled pin down and to have that aggressive snap ! Even though I played my 1st game on HEAVY OIL , I had a great feeling it will be a beast on the conditions for which it is designed, MED / LIGHT ! I bowled a 111 , and again I did this on a fresh heavily oiled lane because I wanted to compare the reaction once the lane broke down. I then bowled 3 more games using heavy core , high performance balls , being the MOTIV Jackal LE , MOTIV Primal Rage , and the Radical Guru. Scores were then 168 , 180, and 210 ! Now that I felt the oil was pushed down & the oil wasn't as heavy, I went back to using only the RotoGrip Wreckem and while the oil was still more on the med / heavy side , the wreckem netted me a 158 and a 168 on games 5 and 6 . I have a 144 league avg so of course I was both happy and impressed. The fact that the oil was still a bit heavy seeing the score jump from 111 to a 158 and 168 after lane conditions changed, was and very much is a great indication that when I put this ball to use on MED - LIGHT oil it's going to be a pocket hitting, pin busting beast

Question: How do I request a specific PIN location?

1/12/2017 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer: Hello Lee. You can either request for the pin in the blue box under the weight selection tab where it says "click here to request pin/top weight" or you can leave that information in the special comments box on the very last page of the order process.

Question: Looking for a ball with length but more snap than my Soulmate and Tropical Breeze. My speed varies between 10 to 13 depending on oil used. I was recommended Wreck Em and Match Pearl by two pro shops. Which would you recommend? I use a 12 lb weight.

3/5/2017 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer: Both are good recommendations and will be very similar but I would lean toward the Wreck-Em simply because they are selling better, and when more people buy a ball it is because people are liking what they see. Hope this helps.

Question: Does the Wreck-Em 12Lb. ball have the NEUTRON COREor a Generic core?

3/15/2017 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer: Hello Wally. The 12 pound balls will have a generic core. 14-16 pound balls will have the Nuetron core.

Question: Would the roto grip no rules pearl be a good addition to the roto grip wreck em. In my house leagues?

7/16/2017 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer: Hello Sergio! This is a great question. The Roto Grip Wreck Em is going to be complementary to the No Rules Pearl in that they have similar covers, both reactive pearls, and the same finish. The big difference is that the No Rules Pearl is best in medium-heavy oiled lane conditions while the Wreck Em is best in medium-light oiled lanes. The No Rules Pearl would be good for the start of a tournament while the lanes are still somewhat heavily oiled. You could easily transition to the Wreck Em when the lanes dry out.
