Bowl more consistently with the durable, comfortable, adjustable Storm Gizmo wrist support!
I was having problems overadjusting my hand position to fix my bowling. With this product it allows me to replicate my hand position repeatedly to allow me to adjust my throw accordingly. I like the fit and function of the support. The only knock (minor) I have is the instructions (or lack of) regarding what the adjustments do to affect the ball. Nothing a practice session or two won't teach you.
THIS PRODUCT FITS WELL ON MY HAND AND MADE SIGNIFICANT IMPROVEMENT TO MY GAME! UNDER FOUR MONTHS FROM BUYING THOUGH, THE LIFT STOP BROKE AND RENDERED THE DEVICE USELESS! EXPENSIVE PRODUCT TO BE BUYING EVERY FOUR MONTHS!!!
Once I got the hang of using all of the different functions on this device, I was able to adapt to lane conditions by a few simple moves on this hand positioner. Of course, I still make changes in my mark, but I feel the ability to alter rev rates to be even more productive. I added over 20 pins to my average in the first week, and I continue to bowl more consistently. Finally rolled my first 200 game after averaging around 135-140 for the first two years of bowling. I have taken 2nd in a tournament, and both of the league teams I am on are in first place. I am now averaging around 160-170 on a weekly basis. Of course, I am just getting better overall, but this device allowed me to concentrate on my approach and delivery muscle memory, and not have to worry so much about my hand position and release. The only real "con" I have is that I can't seem to find a good source of replacement pads or hardware should I need them. I haven't had anything give out after three months of 2-3 times weekly use, but I'm sure it will give-out eventually. Most likely a pad or a strap.
It seems that Storm products are getting cheap. Prior to the Gizmo they had the Gadget a much superior product. They discontinued it and went with the Gizmo which has become cheaply made. I purchased the extra large and it barely fits. The problem being they use the same wrist strap for the large and extra large. I received the first one and the latch system broke off with in 10 games. Sent it back and the replacement broke with in six games.
The fit is perfect, great support.
