The Storm SoniQ will not perform well on dry lanes, unfortunately, it is meant for medium-heavy oil lane conditions only.

Question:

how do they know how to drill it?

6/14/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

The only way we can do the drilling on this ball is if you have the drilling measurements to give us. If you do not have the measurements or a drill sheet from a previous ball then we could not do the drilling unfortunately.

Question:

How should the ball be drilled

9/9/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

If you are unsure of your measurements for drilling, you will need to contact a local driller to have them measure your hand. We would not be able to drill this ball without those measurements.

Question:

I need a bowling ball that has a great hook

10/17/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

This ball will have a decent hook potential on medium to drier lane conditions. It will not hook much if you get this into heavier oil. You may need to get a higher performance ball if you needed something to hook in heavier oil conditions.

Question:

Does this comes pre drill?

1/14/2020 - By

Have an answer to this question?

The ball will not start out with holes. We do offer a custom drilling option for $39.95 if you would like to give us the measurements and have us drill or you can decline our drilling and have the ball shipped without holes. Then you can take it locally to a proshop to get a custom fit.

Question:

What core is in the 11 lbs.?

1/20/2020 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

In the 10 and 11lb weights they have to change to a pancake style weight block inside so it would not have the same weight block as the 12-13lb or the 14-16lb weights.

Question:

Is the storm match up a good ball for a bowler with lower ball speed

2/7/2020 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

Yes, this ball gets good length with a polished finish and you want the ball to go longer if you have a slower ball speed. This ball would be a good option for medium to drier conditions.

Question:

I had a match-up that was black/green in color. Some people say the color of the ball determined what action the ball had. Is this true?

10/1/2020 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

There were 2 green Match Up bowling balls. The Black/Aqua/Lime was a solid coverstock which read a little earlier on the lanes. Then there was a Black/Yellow/Royal and where the Yellow and Royal colors swirled it would make green. That model was a hybrid so it would act the same as this model which is also a Hybrid cover.
