Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Works well

Used it and helped my wrist not hurt as much by the end of the night. I bowl with a 15 pound and 14 pound balls. Nice to have support where I need it rather than have the back of my hand looking like I'm a robot or something.

Hello Bob! This will help take a bit of strain off of your wrist, which would help at least a little. But you may want to take a look at some of our higher end wrist supports, something like the Storm Gizmo, to help relieve as much strain as possible.
