To request for the exact weight to be 15lbs even you will need to click the link just below the weight selection box that says Click to request pin / top weight . This will open a text box where you can specify the exact weight you want. If you do not specify this in the specs box and you just select 15lbs from the drop down weight box then the ball could technically come with a few ounces over 15lbs so make sure you request this when ordering if you need a specific weight.
