Track Triton Elite
Track is bringing back the Triton Elite with a new solid coverstock and a modified version of the original Core 2 to offer the same consistant motion the original Triton Elite was known for. This updated bowling ball takes the QR-7 Solid coverstock and wraps it around the MC2 (Modified Core 2) to offer major continuous hook on medium lane conditions. Track took the same core used in this ball 20 years ago and modified it to rase the RG and lower the diff slightly to match the old reaction on todays lane conditions.

Is the core on a 13 pound same as 14?

The 14-16lb balls have the same weight block that is listed ( MC2 Technology ) but the weight block changes on the 13lb and 12lbs. They have to change the weight block due to the overall weight dropping.

The 10lb will not have a performance weight block unfortunately. 10 & 11 have a pancake core, 12 & 13 have a generic performance weight block, and 14-16lbs has the listed MC2 Technology weight block.

Typically on a 10lb performance ball you would not have a performance weight block. You would have something like a pancake core and so the hook potential would all come from the coverstock and finish of the ball. On 12lbs you would still have a performance weight block so the weight block can help give more hook potential making a 12lb ball have more hook than a 10lb version of the same ball.
