Return Instructions
  1. Place the item or items to be returned back in their original packaging.
  2. Place all original packages (whether one or many) in a separate box to ensure everything stays in new condition.
  3. Print this page and cut in half at the cut line. Place the half with these instructions in the box.
  4. Seal the box and remove any labels that might already be on the box.
  5. Attach the label from the bottom half of this sheet to the box. We suggest getting a label pouch from your nearest UPS location or simply covering it with clear packing tape.
  6. Drop the box off at your nearest UPS dropoff location.
