Reviewed on: 12/30/2009 Unverified Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I use about 4" of this tape each time I bowl. I wrap it around my little finger, first joint. For some reason, I have a tendency to subconsciously bend my little finger during my approach and I was forming a callous on the outside of my little finger at the first joint. Before I started using it, I would get callouses that would eventually tear off on the sides of my thumb. Now, I have no problems with callouses. The only negative I have discovered is if I use a silicone powder it will penetrate the weave of the tape and weaken the adhesive, causing me to need to replace the piece of tape.
