I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe with am 8 1/2 regular. I exchanged them for an 8 1/2 wide, which isn't available in the white/pink, and even that is too narrow. I was told by bowling.com to order a mens size instead, but the Raquel isn't available in the mens. I bowl 4 to 5 times a week in leagues and practice and have now bought these shoes twice. The shoe sole was perfect first time out -- didn't stick. The sliding portion of the sole extends farther toward the heel so they slide really well. The toe of the shoe does not get "caught" on the approach like some shoes I've had.
