Exactly what I wanted! By Carleen Meckenstock from Ft. Bragg, NC
Reviewed on: 3/6/2011
Unverified Pros:Attractive Design Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Wanted a ball that didn't hook and needed to drop a pound in weight. This ball does exactly what the reviews said it would; it goes long, snaps at the back end with great pin action. The sling shot cut my corner pin spares in half. I love it! A MUST HAVE!!! By Believer from Jersey

Verified Reviewer Pros:Attractive Design, Flawless Surface, Comfortable Grip, Great Weight Best Uses:Upgrade, Local Bowling Alley, Tournaments Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Image Submitted by Reviewer:Customer Image (A MUST HAVE!!!) This ball is a great compliment to your heavy oil ball. When the lanes break down, and u need something a little less aggressive, THIS IS YOUR ANSWER! You can use the same line, and not worry about this ball taking a left through the face. It has a really nice arch to the pocket, and hits hard enough to clear the corners. I can also use it on heavy oil to take out ten pins, or anything on the right side of the head pin without overreacting. I have the blk/sil color, and get tons of compliments on how nice it looks. This is a MUST HAVE ball for the money. [...] Great product, great price, [...], what more could you ask for?! Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.

Unverified Pros:Carries the corner pins, Hits like a Truck, Very predictable, Doesn't soak up the oil, Gets through the heads, Awesome length Cons:There is no cons Best Uses:League nights, Lanes with clean backend Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I can't say enough about this ball. My first series with it was 232 299 235 for a 766. On a 220 avg. I never had to change my shot all night cause the cover on this ball doesn't soak up all that precious head oil. The Slingshot is your answer By Quetta from Matoaca,VA

Unverified Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I bowl league 3 nights per week as well as tournaments. This ball is excellent for drier lanes. Carries well, hits great, and is very predictable. My goal was to purchase a ball that was not too aggressive, but still has a controllable back end. Some mid lane balls are still too aggressive even with a week layout! This was a great medium that won't dissapoint! Was this review helpful to you? Yes / No- You may also flag this review.

Awesome Ball By devldog2005 from santa clara, ca

Verified Reviewer Pros:Forgiving, Great Look Cons:Scuffs easily Bottom Line:Yes, I would recommend this to a friend First let me start by saying I love this ball. I have put up a new high game almost every time I use it. I was getting games in the 120's with the house balls, but once I got this I have been pretty consistently over 200 a game. I have put around 50-60 games on this ball, and for the most part it is in great shape. There is one semi-large scuff on the side which I got somewhere between games 6-10. I have not received any more scuffs on it since, so my guess is that it caught a piece of equipment badly while it was in the pit. The scuff and how soon I got it is the only reason I don't give this ball 5 stars. Bottom line is that this ball is a fantastic entry level performance ball and I recommend it to everyone! It's a spare ball By bowler42 from columbus, Ohio
Reviewed on: 5/31/2011
Verified Reviewer Best Uses:Local Bowling Alley Describe Yourself:League Bowler Bottom Line:No, I would not recommend this to a friend I last bowled during the plastic ball era over 3 decades ago and resumed my bowling career in the last year. I decided on this ball solely based on the looks. I've used it now for almost a year and have come to the conclusion I need to get a better ball, one that hooks more. Since I've started using this ball I've become a "splits machine". Splits high in the pocket as well as low. This ball does not strike well. I need one that has a more aggresive move to the pocket.
