VIP Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Bowling.Com Rewards (the "Program") is open to U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous states of at least 18 years of age. By joining the Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older and by using the Program, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Program. Your enrollment in the Program is nontransferable and is subject to present and future rules. Membership in the Program ("Membership") is limited to individuals only and limited to one account per person.

As a member of the Program, you earn 1 VIP point ("Point") for nearly every $1 you spend on almost any purchase when you sign into your associated Bowling.Com customer account. Points will be provided after the pending period (typically 30 days but may be longer during certain times of the year) has closed for the item. Earn additional Points through special offers and promotions. Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on eligible purchases less any amount spent on Non-Qualifying Items. When products are returned, Points will be deducted from your Program account for that purchase/return. Points apply only to the first account identified with any purchase. Points have no cash value and are not transferable. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

For every 200 Points you earn in the the Program, you will receive a $5 reward. Rewards may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the amount of the sum of the discount excluding tax. Discounts may not be redeemed for gift cards or prior purchases. You may be notified of additional ineligible products and services. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

Rewards will expire 90 days after they have been added to the account if they are not used. Promotional rewards may be awarded with a different expiration date.

Points will NOT be earned for the following Non-Qualifying Items: gift certificates, shipping charges, restocking fees, packaging fees, shipping insurance, drilling protection, true fit, double warranty, platinum protection, sales tax, other fees and charges, and items excluded due to a promotion. Other exclusions may apply.

Bowling.Com may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) and may terminate the Program any time, in its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Bowling.Com website.

Bowling.Com reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program in its sole discretion. Any abuse of the Program, failure to follow any terms of the Program, Membership inactivity for more than 36 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Bowling.Com may subject members to Membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any Points in your account will automatically expire. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.

By enrolling in Bowling.Com Rewards, you will receive operational communications about your membership, as well as advertising and marketing material from Bowling.Com. You can opt-out of member communications at any time by calling customer service at 1-800-441-2695 to cancel your membership. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your contact information current and accurate by periodically updating it with Bowling.Com.
