Will the small add on bag fit on the 4 bag.

Unfortunately the handle is wider and most of the add on bags will not work on the wider handle. The add on bags would work more for 1, 2, or 3 ball rollers that have the inline design and a little more narrow handle.

If you remove the top bag then the handle will still be sticking up and would not collapse down when the top bag is removed.
