The sticky heel that use to plague my game is gone. I have so much more consistency and confidence in my release after just one night. I have had several SST Dexter models and these are put together the best out of the line. They are made with top of the line material and are extremely durable. Any bowler that bowls in more than one house should pick up a pair of interchangeable sole shoes. It makes a big difference to feel secure with your footing at the line. If you tend to drag a toe during delivery the sole will separate and flap in no time. With zero support for dexterbowling - buy at your own risk knowing this. After I finally got the sole where I needed it I got much more comfortable with the shoe. The shoe itself is not very comfortable, as in, the insole is very hard and will make your feet hurt after a little while if your on your feet for a long time without setting down.
