The sticky heel that use to plague my game is gone. I have so much more consistency and confidence in my release after just one night. I have had several SST Dexter models and these are put together the best out of the line. They are made with top of the line material and are extremely durable. Any bowler that bowls in more than one house should pick up a pair of interchangeable sole shoes. It makes a big difference to feel secure with your footing at the line. If you tend to drag a toe during delivery the sole will separate and flap in no time. With zero support for dexterbowling - buy at your own risk knowing this. After I finally got the sole where I needed it I got much more comfortable with the shoe. The shoe itself is not very comfortable, as in, the insole is very hard and will make your feet hurt after a little while if your on your feet for a long time without setting down. Overall though, as a bowling shoe, it is a very stable, well constructed shoe that gives you plenty of options on sole and heel configurations. Was this review helpful to you? Took some getting used to but its helping my release and form already on the first night. Well worth the money so far. Just make sure you know how the changable pads work.
