Worked great on a slippery approach!
I got this interchangable shoe sole as an alternate option for slippery approaches and it worked exactly as I expected. It really helped reduce my slide and keep my timing in sync. But, note that the image showed a solid light blue sole, when in reality the sole is light blue but has holes cut out of it (as seen on Dexter's website for a S6 sole).

Detail says "Fits any Size" but ships as Standard Size which only fits Men's SST shoe up to size 10.5
