All Dexter Heels will work on the Dexter THE 9 shoe. The soles are the part that have to specifically say THE 9 on them but the Dexter heels are compatible with all Dexter shoes.

The Leading Edge Heel will have the small slide fabric at the front of the heel which does help it to slide but you could also get the H7 Heel which is more of a leather heel and this would give you the best slide overall from a heel.
