Just received a pair of your shoes. How do you change the heel? What’s the metal tool for that came with my shoes?

Answer:
If the shoes you received are designed to have interchangeable soles and/or heels then the soles and heels will be velcroed to the bottom of the shoes. This is a very strong velcro so to get started with peeling the soles or heels off, the shoe may have included a metal pick that can help to get under one corner of the sole or heel.
