Hello! We do not have a size chart but we do recommend getting the same size of any other wrist support you might have. You could also ask a friend or go to a pro shop to try on theirs and see if it fits.

It is hard to say exactly because different sizes are going to be longer. If you view the picture you can see that above the thumb this support still has 2 straps higher than the thumb so that may give you an idea by looking at the picture.
