At the heart of the Apex Jackal is the patent-pending POWER BAND Core Technology. This innovative design introduces a high-density outer band around a proven inner core, transforming the way energy moves through the ball. The best Pearl Jackal we've ever made
Taking a core as legendary as the Predator V2 core and modifying it is no small task, so when they announced the Apex Jackal, I was extremely curious of what we would see out of it. The Apex Jackal is my favorite and what I would like to say is the best pearl cover Jackal we have ever produced. Using the same cover from the Evoke Hysteria and Steel Forge, combined with the new POWERBAND technology has created the most stable, yet dynamic pearl Jackal and pearl asymmetric ball Motiv has ever produced. The cover keeps the ball online in oil the exact way you need it too for heavier oil conditions while the core still allows it to retain energy for that great booming motion bowlers expect from an asymmetric pearl. I laid mine out 70x5.5x45 to give me a great complement to my Onyx Jackal when the fronts go but there's still volume to dig through or when it's just too slow, but I need more motion than the Hysteria and Steel can give me. The Apex Jackal features the new dual density Apex Predator core. The Apex Jackal is wrapped with the Propulsion MXV Pearl. The Apex Jackal gets down the lane like a dream on heavier oil patterns and looks to go sideways when it sees friction. For me the Jackal line could be forward at times, but the Apex Jackal is not forward. The Apex Jackal pairs perfectly with the Hysteria Evoke and the new Nebula. The new Apex Jackal allows me to start further right and allows me to throw steeper angles the more games I use it. This Apex Jackal is ridiculous on the back end. The Apex Jackal will go with me any and everywhere I go to bowl.

Great Pearl Jackal
The Apex is the first shiny ball out of my bag when on med/heavy oil. The Apex Jackal is much stronger than the Hysteria which shares the same cover. The added strength comes from the dual density power band core. I really like that the Apex isn’t a super clean pearl, and I can keep moving left without it quitting.
