Promising bag with fatal flaw

Overall quality of the bag is mostly great, but it has a major issue. There are no straps, covers or restraints of any kind to lock the two balls into place, so any time the bag is transitioned from flat or standing to rolling, I hear my balls hit each other. I know the risk of actual damage is small, but this seems like a design oversight. For such a premium bag from what is normally an excellent company, I’m surprised such a flaw was not caught in product testing. A simple Velcro cover over the balls to hold them in place would have completely alleviated the issue, or slightly larger plastic ball cups to lock the balls into place better. If the bag was half the price I’d have no complaints, but the product does not feel premium or something that storm would be proud to put their name on.
