If my thumb hole is 1 inch what size grip do I get

This particular product is a finger grip so it was only intended to be used for your finger holes. Here is a link to view one of our oval thumb inserts and the size is referring to the inner diameter so if you need a 1 inch thumb you would select 1 inch. The person installing the insert will know how to drill the hole out bigger in the ball to get the thumb insert to fit.
