Easy to install - work well for me.
I find the box ovals make it easier to get a snug thumb hole fit without hanging up in the ball.

You will want to measure the radius of your thumb.
Answer:
Use a measuring tool that can measure down to the 64th inch and measure the widest part of your thumb. I would recommend getting it professionally done at a pro shop to get the correct size.
