Question:
What is the true fit guarantee?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
The True Fit Guarantee would cover your exchange expenses to get the next size up or down on your shoe purchase if the first size did not fit just right. You would get a prepaid shipping label inside the box with the first pair and the next pair would ship for free almost immediately.
Question:
It says right or left, where in the checkout process am I able to choose? Or do the shoes come with both slide and grip for both feet?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
This shoe is designed to work for both right or left handed bowlers. The interchangeable soles on the bottom of the shoes are shaped to fit either foot so the slide can go on either shoe and the traction sole on the opposite to make this work as right handed or left handed.
