High quality, first time 3G shoes, wide/bulky fit
This is my first time trying 3G shoes... traditionally I've used Dexter SSTs over the years and most recently tried a pair of KR Strikeforce. These are by the far the nicest "looking" pair I've owned. Leather quality and finish look great. Inside material is very comfortable. And interchangeable slides are on par with other brands. However, these do feel a little wide and bulky (I'll admit I probably have narrow feet compared to others). And because of this fit, I have to tighten the dial a lot to get them "snug" and when I do the tongue bulges out a bit, probably more noticeable by me than others. But I think that's a design issue with the dial on the side versus the dial actually on the tongue like Dexter for example. I'd also size down a half size. Out the box, they fit true to size but after getting broken in I think a half size smaller would probably help with better fit. Overall, I would recommend, however, my next pair may go back to traditional laces where I feel I can tighten shoe to my comfort level.
