Yes, this ball is very comparable to the Origin. Both were high performance balls with a hybrid coverstock and power edge finish to give good length. Both also work well in medium to heavy oil so this could be a good option to replace the Origin.

To refinish this to get it back to the original out of box finish, you would follow these steps with a ball spinner making sure you get all sides evenly: 1. 500-grit – Firm pressure for 30 sec. 2. 1000-grit – Light pressure for 10 sec. 3. Quarter-sized amount of Power Edge, high pressure for 15 sec. Use water as needed. Wipe excess polish off using any Storm approved ball cleaner.
