No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Leaves black marks on the lane
Shoe is super comfortable and sizing is accurate. However if you drag any part of the sole or edging during your throw, they leave very bad black marks on the lane. Would think that a non-marking sole should be a given for bowling shoes.
