No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I stick every time I try to slide
Did not see the rubber heel and I stick every time I slide. Not sure if it the rubber heel or what. Just frustrated and not sure what to do. I've tried everything and i guess I thought they were standard bowling shoes. I am going to try a slide cover to see if that helps. I've been bowling for 65 years never had this happen before.
