If the locator pin in center of ball you can hook it to the left or right. If the locator pin to the right of CG, you can hook with extreme layout without kneecap pain

The ball would come undrilled, but we do have basic drilling offered for this ball. You may select from the sizes we offer to get the best size that fits you. You may click the "?" next to the drilling option it view the size chart to measure your hand.
