I am a newer bowler. I start taking bowling seriously about 4 months ago. I was bowling with some pass me down bowling shoes and thought I deserved to get my own pair. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a pair of shoes and after today’s league I think these shoes are great. I know they don’t have a ton of the features that the most expensive once have but I know if your like me and are a beginner or even intermediate that these shoes are so worth the money. At first I wasn’t sliding as much but after the 4th frame of my first game I think they broke in and I got to slide just as good as I did before. Highly recommend this product.

the slide level is medium, most bowling shoes today are too sticky-dont slide easily,these are ok.
Most bowling shoes today are way too sticky stepping on lanes for your approach, these Dexters are much better in this regard than majority of other models. It uses a moderate ease of slide level that will appeal to many more bowlers better than whats on shelves at pro shops.

The shoe is very comfortable. I've worn them for about 20 games. I noticed on the last few visits that the shoe was leaving behind rubber scuffs on the alley floor from my stabilizing leg swinging out. I cant say that it's entirely the shoe's fault because I may have bad form, but I can say that rental shoes don't leave behind scuffs. I'm afraid my alley is going to tell me about it when they catch on.

I recommend the TRUE FIT insurance. The first time I ordered the wrong size, a second pair was sent immediately. When I received the second pair they are too small. Waiting on the next pair hoping for the correct fit.

Rear shoe leaves drag marks. Be sure to order shoe size the next size higher. These regular shoe size out of the box runs very narrow.

Micofiber pad does not slid,you need to buy a slid pad for them,plus it's not a full pad! Cheap!!!
I bought these thinking I could use them right off the bat. You can't!

These shoes fit and feel fine, but if you drag your back leg at all, they leave marks on the lane. Why Dexter would use any material that marks, I don't know.
