The Ebonite Grand Tour Edition Bag raises the mark. This bag is sleek and clean and comes highly recommended. One of this bags greatest features is the heavy duty fabric it's made out of, as well as the sturdy wheel-kit. This bag is great for tournaments where you need extra storage and protection from traveling with your bowling equipment.
It certainly was not what I thought it would be. Not enough storage- only one pouch, Hard to remove balls from lower carrier. Top cannot be used as a tote when removed- no D rings. WAY overpriced in consideration of what it is!!
This bag is very well built, the wheels are so smooth, and nicely balanced.
Only complaint is the shoe compartment which unzips in a bit of an awkward design, but not horrible.
I can't think of anything good about this bag. I was given this bag since my original Hammer Bag went bad and was under warranty. This was the only 4 ball bag K&K bowling had. The top shoe area doesn't open fully so it's hard to take out the shoes and put them back in. There's no handle on top so it's hard to take the top bag off and unhook it from the bottom bag. There are no side pockets at all other than the one in the front. I had no choice in accepting this bag unless I wanted to keep my broken bag. I'd never pay [$] for this type of high end bag. Almost totally useless.
The handle on this bag is spindly and the detents disengage when you push the bag. A friend had this bag and the handle failed. My zipper was cheap and failed on my top bag. The specifications, above, are wrong there is only one zipper pouch, not two. If you park the bag in the driveway with the front facing down slope, it will topple over because it is front heavy.
