Awesome pair of shoes super comfy..
Did a fair amount of review reading on shoes for a while and came to the conclusion for me these would be the choice, I have a high arch and narrow feet and these fit like a glove. I have only worn once, so can't speak on the long term wear but as of now these are amazing and already obviously seen the difference in my game and consistency can't wait to get completely used to them.. very happy with my choice they also have a wide version if you have wider feet ...

Hi Chuck! The slide shoe comes with the S10 sole and the H11 heel and the extras in the box are an S18 sole and H15 heel. The fixed traction heel is an H3.

Yes, we have sell interchangeable sliding soles for this shoe and they will be listed under the 3G soles specified as the Formula soles. If the sole does not say Formula then it will be for a different 3G shoe so make sure the soles you select say Formula so they work with the 3G Racer shoes.
