Track Kinetic Sapphire Ice
Track Kinetic Sapphire Ice
The Kinetic Sapphire Ice brings back one of Track’s most dependable performance lines with a fresh, modern purpose. Known for its consistency, versatility, and trusted reaction, the Kinetic name continues to deliver—and this release is no exception.
Engineered to bridge a key gap in the lineup, the Sapphire Ice offers a smoother overall hook than the Stealth Mode Hybrid while providing a noticeably quicker and more responsive move downlane. As lane conditions begin to break down and the front part of the lane starts to hook too early, this ball glides cleanly through the heads, giving bowlers the freedom to open up their angles without losing control.
For those moments when a cleaner look and sharper backend motion are essential, the Kinetic Sapphire Ice steps up with the performance and reliability bowlers expect from Track.

Track kinetic Sapphire Ice
The new Track Kinetic Sapphire Ice features the same asymmetric Shuttle core as prior Kinetic releases such as the Kinetic Platinum, Kinetic Black Ice and the Kinetic Cobalt. The Kinetic Sapphire Ice has a Prime Response Pearl cover with the HK-22 base, colored in purple/sky blue/white finished with Brunswick Factory Compound. The layout in the one I've drilled thus far is 60 x 5 x 70. I've tried it on various THS and used it as 3000 Siaair. Over the years, I've found the Kinetic line of bowling balls to be very reliable "mid range" bowling balls. They aren't the slowest nor the quickest response bowling balls...they are usually somewhere in between. This new Kinetic Sapphire Ice seems to follow suit in terms of being a very "mid range" piece of equipment, perhaps leaning a touch on the quicker side of response. It's definitely not as slow as say a Zero Mercy Solid and it's definitely not as quick as the Crown Victory line of bowling balls. As such, I could see this ball being a great option on medium to medium/lighter volumes of oil on fresh or perhaps as a go to ball when lanes are transitioning from a higher volume fresh pattern. Depending on the physical factors used by the bowler, I think this new Track Kinetic Sapphire Ice could be in play on a variety of pattern distances as long as the volume is in the right range. I found with prior Kinetics that they will work for a variety of styles, rev rates etc. and I believe the Kinetic Sapphire Ice will be no different. Plus, with this color scheme, it looks awfully sharp going down the lane. The Track Kinetic Sapphire Ice is readily available. See your local pro shop for more information!
