brute strength

This ball is a great benchmark ball to have in your bag! Its a good bit stronger than the original brute. It has agreat midlane roll with really good continuation off the end of the pattern with extremely good pin action as well. I can sell myself using this ball during many tournaments because it will be so versatile! Definitely a must have!

Brute Strength

I drilled my Brute Strength with my favorite drilling 1/2 side and 1/2 finger and man is it clean through the front part of the lanes then revs up mid lane and rolls hard on the backend. I rolled it on two different lane conditions, the first was a 40 foot house shot. I went 239, 257, 289 for a 785. Not bad for the first three games. I then took it to a tournament with a 35 foot sports pattern and had games of 223, 247, 243 for a 713. The ball did just what I wanted it to do get down the lane and make a strong move, I left a couple of 9 pins but only one 10 pin the rest of my leaves were all me. I would strongly suggest this ball for anyone looking for that mid lane move you will love the carry. Good Luck and keep hitting them hard.

Brute Strength

The Brute Strength is a great benchmark ball. I drilled mine pin under bridge and this ball has such great control that you can tell exact what this ball will do. This is such a great ball on medium conditions that every bowler should have one in there bag.

More versatile than the Brute with stronger midlane roll

Dual Angle Layout: 40 x 5 1/2" x 70 with a P3 hole and at box surface

The Brute Strength has a stronger midlane roll compared to the Brute with more snap on the backend. The Brute strength has the same core as the Brute, but uses a hybrid version of the Savvy hook pearl coverstock that was used on the Melee Jab. The Brute Strength will give your more traction in oil compared to the Brute and starts up about 2 feet sooner than the Brute with more continuation. I have used this ball on THS and sport patterns and it allows me to get more snap on the backend compared to the Brute. It is going to be a good benchmark ball in my bag with lots of versatility. This ball would fit between the Brute and the Melee Jab.

Brute Strength

The Brute Strength is the follow-up to the Brute in the All-Purpose line of equipment. It combines a hybrid-reactive version of the Savvy Hook coverstock, which was originally on the Melee Jab, with a low RG core. This combination creates a relatively strong mid-lane read and reaction with quite a bit of hook on the backend. I find this ball being the first one out of my bag for league since it's a bit earlier than my Einstein. I have my favorite pin-down layout, pin under the middle finger and CG kicked just a bit. It gives me the early and smooth roll that accentuates what the hybrid coverstock can offer. I'm very impressed with how this ball is performing so far.

Brute Strength

Drilled up the Brunswick Brute Strength
Layout:::: 50 X 4 X 30
Box Surface
Rev Rate ::: 325
Ball speed:::: 16 mph
Condition:::::41 ft. House shot

When I drilled this up I knew it would be stronger than it's little brother The Brute. I was very suprised on the amount of hook this ball has. The Brute Strength starts a little earlier on the pattern than the Brute . It has more continuation than the Brute also.
It is a ball that could be your bench markball and if the condition holds up for you , it's a ball that keeps striking. The Brute Strength is 4 and 2 stronger than the Brute for me because of it getting into a roll earlier. This is a great ball to have in your arsenal and go to it when you need a tad extra over the Brute and Jab.
