Question:

Is the savage life stronger than the motiv forge

2/26/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

The Forge has a solid coverstock and the Savage Life has a pearl coverstock. Usually solid coverstocks will hook sooner than pearls. Solids are usually stronger than pearls as well.

Question:

currently i have the halo and the halo pearl in my bag. Im not crazy about the regular halo and im very partial to pearl cover and a more snappy reaction. Based on that will the savage life hook more or less than the halo pearl?

3/12/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

I am not able to tell which coverstock is stronger from the descriptions but they have very similar features and I would think they are going to be about the same strength and hook about the same amount.

Question:

Can this ball be used when it's not that much oil

8/16/2019 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

This ball is a high performance ball so it is going to have a high hook potential and it also would need medium to heavier oil for this ball to work well. In lighter oil it would be very hard to control and would not give you its best results. I would not recommend this for lighter oil conditions.
