Question:

Do these balls have a breast cancer ribbon on them like the Tropical Breeze ones did?

7/20/2016 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

Hello Jacque! No, these do not have a breast cancer ribbon. I actually don't recall those being on the Tropical Breeze balls. That might have been a limited time offer that Storm did.

Question:

Is it a plastic ball

9/29/2016 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

This ball is not plastic. It has a Reactor Reactive coverstock which makes this a performance ball. It is in the entry level performance category so the hook potential is not high but it is a great starter ball for someone learning how to throw a hook.

Question:

What is a pin top weight?

6/10/2017 - By

Have an answer to this question?

Answer:

Pin Placement can be Out or In. A drilling term that is relative to a bowler's track designed purposely for creating more ball dynamics. A Pin-in ball (when the pin is located within two inches of the Center of Gravity) is excellent choice for control and less hook; a Pin-out ball usually can be made to hook more and flip more dramatically than pin-in balls; they often give the driller more options. And the Top Weight is for drilling of a ball so that there is more weight above the label than there is below; it is considered a positive weight.
