NO TOP HAND TO AID IN LIFTING

PAY ATTENTION TO DETAILS.
THIS BAD WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT UPGRADE, BUT THERE IS NO GRIP HANDLE AT THE TOP OF THE BAG... WHICH IS A GREAT ASSET THAT I'VE HAD ON ALL MY OTHER BAGS. I NEEDED A NEW BAG BUT MISSED THAT IT DIDN'T HAVE THAT HANDLE. WHEELS ARE NICE AND STURDY. ALSO THE HANDLES ABOVE THE SHOE COMPARTMENT ARE WAY TOO LONG. SO IT'S NOT A SNUG FIT. OVERALL IT'S AN OKAY BAG, JUST MISSING MY GRIP HANDLE.
