The bag perfectly meets our needs to carry one ball + shoes each when traveling. Customer service was OUTSTANDING. Started order on the web; had a question; called; question resolved and order completed on the phone; product arrived in 3 days. Would most definitely buy from this company again.

Great Item great price!
Use this product on a weekly basis and couldnt be happier with the durability and the quality of the bag. The top carry bag could be a little more bigger to fit a few more accessories in there but overall a great item for a great price.

I would never buy this product again
Transporting bowling balls will be very difficult using this very poorly designed product. For the reasons listed in the "Con" section,( stocking fee and postage, and plus the "packing" fee,) I would be refunded
approximately 58% of the cost of the bag and would have nothing. I would also have the feeling that I was swindled out of this money. If I return it I will lose money and have nothing and if I keep it I will have a product that does not function properly and will NOT meet my needs but will frustrate me each time it is used. As stated above I will never buy from Bowling.com again and will try to discourage anyone I can from purchasing from them.
