Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Run a little large

These Shoes run a little large, I am normally and 8 - 8 1/2 and bought the 8 1/2, returned it for the 8, and they are still about a 1/2 a size too large, they are comfortable and easy to slip on

These shoes do have laces, but a comfortable fit that you could slip on even if they are tied.

Unfortunately we do not have a way to tell how this shoe will fit you before you order. Some people say it fits perfect and there are still some that say it fits small or large. We would suggest that if you have never had a Brunswick shoe before to get the True Fit option in case you needed to switch up or down in the size.
