Yes, this shoe has interchangeable soles on both the right and left shoe and you can switch the slide sole to either shoe and the traction sole to either shoe making this right or left handed.

This shoe has a BOA lacing system so it will not have traditional shoe laces. The BOA lacing systme is a single lace(cable) that runs through the shoe and when you turn the dial it will tighten the lace. When you want to release the lace you pull the dial up and it releases the lace so you can loosen the shoe.

Hi Joe! This shoe comes with an S8 Slide sole & H5 Saw-Tooth Heel on the slide foot, as well as the T2 Traction Sole & H2 Ultra Brakz heel on the push off foot. The H7 is sold separately.
