Does this have a locking handle?

Answer:


The handle does not lock. It is retractable and it will stay extended when you pull it all the way out but when you want to push the handle down it will push down without needing to push a release button.

This bag is designed to hold 1 large pair of shoes but you may be able to position 2 pair of shoes in a way that it could hold two smaller pair.
