How do I decipher whether I need fast release or slow release tape? I don't have the grip I had when I used to bowl 25 years ago, My ball speed now is slower 12-14mph, but I seem to release quickly! How do I get more back lift on the ball? Please help an ol' guy out! IN GOD WE TRUST

Answer:
The Storm Thunder tape will all have the same texture and feel but they are offered in different color options. There are other tapes that will have different releases and it would be based on the color. If you feel like you are coming out of the ball too quick you may want more grip but if you feel like to stick in the ball too long then you may want a slick release tape.
