The DV8 Medusa is a pearl reactive bowling ball that is designed to turn your competition to stone. This bowling ball is a lower intermediate asymmetric core with a medium RG and medium differential. If you get this ball in 12lbs the weight block will change and it will work for both right or left handed bowlers at that weight.

No, the 14-16lb will have the Medusa weight block but the 12-13lb will have a generic weight block.
