Cleaner and More Continuous than Expected
The Omni was cleaner out of box than I expected, meaning it took longer to respond to friction, but that meant more continuation and energy down lane!
This is my new benchmark ball that is the first out of my bag. It is a great piece for a variety of styles.

Great compliment to the V2 remake
One of the best Ebonite releases in the last 3 years! Darker colored balls roll great and this one follows the trend. The way I like to describe this ball is it is an Asymmetrical V2. It gets through the heads almost as clean as a V2 but has more mid lane and more pop down lane. Surface on the ball is super responsive to change; I was easily able to sand the ball to bring the breakpoint closer to me or get some lane shine on the ball and have it get cleaner. This is a great ball and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great overall ball

Has Great carry percentage
The carry percentage with this ball has been phenomenal. Have been averaging 230 for the last month in three different bowling centers and three different lane surfaces. It is very clean through the heads, with a strong backend off the midlane. If you you have to move inside, the Omni will recover with a very strong continuous backend. Would recommend this ball all day on long to medium length oil patterns.

Very impressive carry percentage
For the last month, have been averaging 230 with this ball on longer to medium length oil patterns in three different bowling centers. Extremely impressed with the carry percentage of the Omni, have been averaging in the 2teens with other balls. Would definitely recommend this ball for most patterns except short oil patterns.

Ebonite Omni is really good
Drilled up the new Ebonite Omni last week and it is very impressive. It is a big motion ball. The combination of this Asymmetric core & strong solid cover stock allow this ball to pick up very early but it stays more continuous down lane than most bowling balls in this category. A lot will pick up early, but use all allot of energy early and kind of burn out. This ball stays strong thru the pin deck. I see using this ball on any high volume oil patterns. Low rev and high speed players will be able to use this ball all the time. Nice start for Ebonite at the new plant.

OMNI by Ebonite
Ebonite's OMNI is the first high performance, asymmetrical ball released, since being acquired by Brunswick.
The OMNI may look similar to the Vortex V2, but the characteristics are different. What I see is the OMNI has an earlier response in the mid lane and a lot more recovery room right. With the DynamiCore technology, you have a very noticeable increased hitting power at impact and continuation.
The OMNI and the V2 looks like a great 1-2 punch combination, for me.
