Storm Axiom Pearl
The Storm Axiom Pearl continues the line of statement bowling balls. This ball uses the same Orbital Core as the original solid version and the NeX (Nano Extreme) Pearl coverstock which is an upgrade to the NRG coverstock. The NeX Pearl reads the midlane and produces an impressive backend. The Orbital Core doesn't require much from the bowler to get it reved up early. This ball matches up best on medium to heavy oiled lanes.

Question:
What is the difference between Axiom Pearl and the Trend and the Hy-road?
8/27/2020 - By JIMHave an answer to this question?
Answer:
For starters they are all in different classes. The Hy-Road is a mid performance, the Axiom Pearl is upper mid performance, and the Trend is high performance. The Trend and Axiom have similar length with both having a pearl coverstock that is polished but the Trend is stronger. The Hy-Road has a hybrid cover which will read a little earlier than a pearl coverstock but it is weaker overall than the other two.

This will be verify similar to the Phaze III in some ways but it will give you more length and a sharper backend hook. But they are very comparable with only a slight difference in the length.

Question:
Will this ball fit into or with HyRoad X and the IQ Emerald?
9/2/2020 - By LTHave an answer to this question?
Answer:
This will be stronger than the IQ Emerald actually but it has similar length to the IQ Emerald. It goes longer and has a stronger backend hook to allow it to work in medium to heavy oil while the Emerald was more for medium oil. The Hy-Road X will also have decent length but it is weaker still than the Emerald so it is more for medium to lighter oil.

Question:
I have a friend that absolutely loves his storm frantic. Can you tell me if you have a current storm ball that would closely compare to the frantic?
9/10/2020 - By LeftyHave an answer to this question?
Answer:
If you can still find the Roto Grip MVP in stock in the weight you want that would be the closest comparison currently. From Storm the Frantic fits between the Storm Electrify Hybrid and the Storm Hy-Road. The Hy-Road is a little stronger but the Electrify Hybrid is a little weaker. Hope this helps.

Question:
Will this ball be able to handle more oil on the lane then the Storm Iq Nano Pearl

Answer:
With a polished finish on the Axiom Pearl and a duller finish on the IQ Nano Pearl I would lean more to the IQ Nano Pearl handling heavier oil better.
