I would recommend that you get the True Fit just to be safe in case you were between sizes. If you have never had a Storm shoe before then it would be hard to know how this will fit you exactly so the True Fit option will help you exchange the shoe if it did fit a little larger or smaller than your other shoes.

The sole on this shoe does not have much flex. There are other shoes that have more flex throughout the sole which give you more flex so another shoe you may check would be something like the Storm Istas with a flex zone across the slide sole: https://www.bowling.com/products/storm-womens-istas-white-multi.htm

Unfortunately we do not have a way to know exactly how this will fit everyone. For the most part people get their regular size and that ends up working.
