The lower the number on the slide, will give you the least amount of slide. The higher the number of slide, will give you the most slide.

Do these run true to size? I currently wear size 12 EE in my street shoes but my old Dexter bowling shoes are 11 M. So I'm unsure what to size to buy.

We would recommend the True Fit if you have not had Brunswick shoes before because there can be some slight differences between different brands and it is hard to know how this will match up with you.

Can you use these soles on older SST6 shoes. I really like the shoes. But, need a bit more slide for the approaches that I bowl on. Thanks for your help.

It is not recommended to use Brunswick soles on Dexter shoes or Dexter soles on Brunswick shoes. We do have different numbered pads that you may look into if you need more or less slide.
