Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Won't slide at all
Bought these bc my other shoes were getting a crack in the foot area. Put them on and fell into the oily lanes. Tried to clean them off but still wouldn't slide. These shoes suck.

This shoe is considered a standard B width. I could not say how this would fit compared to your other shoes unfortunately but you may want to get the True Fit Guarantee option which could help you go up or down in size on the same shoe model if the first size did not fit.
