Motiv Trident Horizon
Motiv continues the popular Trident high-performance ball line with the Motiv Trident Horizon. This ball is wrapped in a hybrid version of the Coercion MXC coverstock and uses the Sidwinder asymmetric weight block. The coverstock enables this ball to dig into the oil as well as continue down lane. The higher RG and lower intermediate differential of the core power the ball to clear the front of the lane with ease and maintain energy to power continuation. This combination offers power and versatility in medium-heavy oil conditions.

Wow...
This thing is an absolute powerhouse! I don't throw very fast but this thing slammed right through the pins like they were nothing! I highly recommend this ball, as I am LOVING it!

Perfect Compliment
I was pleasantly surprised with the new Trident Horizon. First things first, I did not get along with the Trident Nemesis; tried two of them and drilled each one multiple times they just never matched up. With that being said, apparently cover stock everything with the Sidewinder Core. The new MXC Hybrid is fantastic, good mid lane with a controlled motion through the pins. No tricks or cover changes needed this ball fits directly between the Flare and the Fire. When the flare digs too early and the Fire is just a bit too clean and responsive the Horizon is the Ticket.

Trident Horizon ball review
The new Trident Horizon uses a hybrid version of the Coercion MXC cover , the Trident Horizon includes strength, power, and incredible versatility.
A solid version of Coercion MXC powers the Forge Flare. The Forge Flare is so strong it forces you to go left and play steeper angles and that is precisely the design focus behind the Trident Horizon.
Using the new Coercion MXC Hybrid Reactive cover technology, the Trident Horizon digs in the oil yet still manages to continue down lane. Tuned with a 4000 Grit LSS finish, it showcases more clearly the down lane motion potential of the Coercion MXC technology.
To create more continuation the Trident Horizon utilizes the versatile asymmetric Sidewinder core. Featuring a higher RG and lower differential, it clears the front of the lane much easier than the more powerful solid balls for heavier oil volumes and retains energy to provide more continuation.

Question:
Does the ball hook or is it a spare ball
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
This ball is a high performance bowling ball so it will have a very high hook potential. The ball will not hook on its own and does require you to have the correct release in order for it to hook.
